The WPA assembly was held today, Feb. 28. It was originally set for Feb. 22, but a snow day caused the date to be moved. The assembly included performances from the varsity yell leaders, cheerleaders and Cougar Classics Drill Team. Presentations included the varsity wrestling team about their seven-man, state champion team, teacher Jeffrey Bishop about next year’s state orchestra, Susan Massy presenting two awards to students who placed second and first in the nation in design and photojournalism, respectively, as well many others.
