    Exploring Kansas City’s wide array of museums is a great way to spend your time off. While museums are usually seen as uninteresting, there are many in Kansas that are quite the contrary. Such as the 1950s All-Electric House. This building displays the technology of the 1950s as you step into the nostalgic era. Look at the Museum of Illusions, a look into the world of perception for $15-$25. All these museums and more could be great destinations for your Spring Break!

    Shopping at antique stores is a striking peek into the past. Again, it is often seen as a dull outing, it can be very fun and you might even find an amazing item to buy! Antiquing can cost anywhere from zero to hundreds of dollars, depending on what you find. There are many antique stores in the area, such as the Shawnee Antique Mall. Weird Stuff Antiques is another antique store where you may find an amazing vintage item!
  3. Shopping at the Plaza

    Everyone knows and loves the plaza, making it a great location to spend your time off. Streets lined with stores and restaurants, it is a great place to hang out and shop around. It is absolutely gorgeous, and the perfect place to spend time outside, as well! Home to 100 shops and 30 restaurants, there is something for everybody there! Stores include Apple, Urban Outfitters and Nike, with restaurants like Panera, Shake Shack and more! The Plaza, though popular, is a great way to spend Spring Break!

    The Selfie Boutique is a great Spring Break destination. Take you and your friends to this picture perfect place! The Selfie Boutique is filled with great backgrounds for Instagram-worthy photos! Chock-full with style, color and lots of balloons, this is a fun and unique adventure for only ten dollars! It is definitely worth the trip.
  5. Exploring Parkville

    Parkville is an amazing Spring Break location for strolling scenic streets. Parkville is lined with quaint stores and restaurants. You may even play mini golf and eat ice cream! You could spend an entire day taking photos of the town’s murals and shopping around the eclectic shops. Parkville can be an inexpensive day trip or a valuable shopping session for your time off.
