Stella Grist, Co-Copy Editor

Hi! My name is Stella Grist and I am a Co-Copy Editor for the NW Passage. I am a junior and this is my third year writing for the newspaper. I am very passionate about the paper and love to write. Alone with newspaper, I am in Link Crew and CCC. One day, I hope to be in a profession where I would be able to write like I am now. I absolutely love being a student journalist, because we get so much responsibility to get information and different media out to the student body. The journalism staff is like a super close family that I love being a part of. The NW Passage means a lot to me and I plan on remaining in the media all four years of high school, and possibly beyond.

Prom In A Pandemic

Taking notes, junior Claire Moore studies Feb. 21 in her house. Moore is studying the Crucible for her English class. “This space helps me a lot with studying. I never had a desk to do school work before this year so having this area is a game changer for my school days,” Moore said. “It’s still hard to stay focused and motivated but having an office to work helps with that.”
