Environmental education students began preparing for the annual Spring Plant Sale. Earlier this month Environmental Education I students began the process of plant propagation. Then, on Jan. 23, Environmental Education II students began taking the propagation cuttings and replanting them back into soil. The students begin preparing plants during the winter so that they are ready for the plant sale in late April. The classes sell a variety of annual and perennial flowers, along with different types of herbs, peppers and tomatoes.
