Coalition’s annual “The Walk” event took place early in the morning Sept. 27, starting in the Savers parking lot on Shawnee Mission Parkway. Students who walked wore “x’s” made from duct tape with colors that corresponded with different causes: pink for Love 146, red for Invisible Children, blue for The Water Project and green for any other organization of your choice.
