Sophomore Zack Congrove races towards the finish on the last lap of the 500 Meter Freestyle. Congrove finished the race in first place, with a time of 5:50.23 at the annual SMNW Invitational Meet on January 10. Congrove’s fast time helped the Cougars score above the other teams, and in turn, win the meet.
