Sponsor: Ben Pabst
Arts and Crafts Club is a casual, “play-it-by ear” club for students interested in making crafts and having a great time. The club meets on Thursday morning in room 155, and is open to anyone. The students involved have no obligation to show up every week.
Currently, the club is working on lanyards and friendship bracelets. Arts and Crafts club does not host any large events throughout the school year, however, the meeting before Thanksgiving they plan to make hand turkeys.
Last year, the students made cards for soldiers in Iraq and sick children at Children’s Mercy hospital.
“It was the one thing we did that was external,” sponsor Ben Pabst said.
