In-Person Reopening Plan
Board of Education announces move into the in-person learning model

In a board meeting on Feb. 22, the Shawnee Mission School District (SMSD) announced its plan to reopen schools fully on March 22.
Masks will still be required, and at least 3 feet of social distancing is still recommended. Students will still be required to leave the building at 3 p.m.
The schedule for in-person is as follows. Monday and Wednesday will be hours one through four and Tuesday and Thursday will be hours five through eight. Fridays will be completely remote.
