Student Council will begin collecting coins for the annual drive on Monday. All proceeds will be given to the Johnson County Christmas Bureau.

All cash and coins will be accepted at any time, but each day will be dedicated to a specific value. Bringing the corresponding coins on their specific day will earn your class double points. Check the list below for what to bring. Coins will not be collected on Thursday.

The coin drive will be a competition between fifth hour classes. It is a continuation of this week’s canned food drive. The class in first place at the end of the week will earn a pizza party, second place will earn a dessert party and third place will receive candy.

Monday: Pennies and nickels

Tuesday: Dimes and quarters

Wednesday: Paper bills

Friday: All forms of cash
