SMNW’s Eclipse Viewing Schedule & Information
Information on Monday’s assembly for students who will be present for NW’s eclipse viewing.
On Aug. 21, some of the United States will be able to view a total eclipse of the sun.
Although we are a bit south of the total eclipse travel line, we will be able to see a roughly 95% eclipse. Seeing as how this is possibly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, NW faculty has provided students an opportunity to see the event.
Students will be given free eclipse-viewing glasses on Monday and will go outside during the time the phenomenon is supposed to be visible after an informational assembly.
