During the week of Nov. 11-15, the Student Council (StuCo) will be organizing their annual canned food drive to collect canned fruits & vegetables, soup, pasta, cereal, boxed dinners, bakery items and peanut butter during 5th hour for the Johnson County Christmas Bureau (JCCB), which provides holiday assistance for low-income families.
The competition is split up into three categories: small, medium and large classes. The class that contributes the most from each category will win either a pizza or a candy party.

Spirit Week Schedule:

 Monday – American Day – patriotic (double points on everything)

Tuesday – Toucan Day – tropical (double can points)

Wednesday – Johnny Cash Day – favorite artist (double cash points)

Thursday – Cougar Crazie – save up for Friday, no collections will be made on Thursday

Friday – CANsas Day – canned food drive t-shirts (700 points for t-shirts)
