Nominated as a “KCTV5 Cool School,” Northwest hosted a special Spirit Assembly this morning. More than 600 students were in the stands of the new auxiliary gym by 5 a.m. to participate in the rally. Not only was Northwest the first school to receive the award, but the event was the first to be held in the newly completed auxiliary gym.
