Favorite and most challenging theater role?
“The King in Once Upon a Mattress, I got to be really goofy on stage and do just what I wanted. The most challenging role was in middle school when I was the Cat in the Hat because there are a lot of lines and I just have dyslexia which puts a pretty big boundary between me and lines.”
What do you believe makes you an influential senior?
“I smile a lot. I was kind of surprised when I was told that I would be an influential senior. I talk to a lot of people. I like people because there’s just a lot of stories to be told. Everybody has a story. I like each of their stories.”
Who have you looked up to as a role model?
“I look up to my sister a lot. She’s gone through a lot. She’s done a lot with her life and she’s going to be moving on to get her doctorate soon. I just really kind of aspire to be that motivated.”
