What are you involved in at Northwest?

I also do football, track, I’m part of Young Republicans club, Decathlon, and Earth First.

If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?

I feel like I’d have to eat something that would give me nutrients to survive, because otherwise the rest of my life wouldn’t be very long. Okay let’s go with potatoes, because they could keep me alive for longer.

What’s the best movie ever made?

Let’s see..Blade Runner, Blade Runner 2049.

What’s your favorite song?

Don’t Stop Me Now by Queen.

What is your most frequently used emoji? ?

What’s your biggest fear?

Biggest fear..It’s probably finding out what my biggest fear is because that would be terrifying.

Who is your hero?

My hero’s my grandpa (dad’s side). He started out in difficult circumstances, he wasn’t raised by his parents and was in a pretty bad economic situation. But he’s worked hard all his life and has always done his best to be a good person, especially to the people he’s close to.

Who has been your most influential teacher?

Mr. Guldin, he’s an English teacher I had back in middle school. On the first day of 7th grade we wrote and presented to the class about whether we thought middle school should be 2 or 3 years. I wrote that it should be 2 since middle school was supposed to be the worst of the three (elementary, middle, high). He said “it doesn’t have to be” and ever since I’ve tried to live life not just to get through it but in a way it was worth living.

If you could say one thing to the rest of the senior class, what would it be?

It’s been really fun going to school here with you guys, and I wish you all the best after high school.

If you could say one thing to underclassmen, what would it be?

High school is the best time to try new things. Make sure you take advantage of it, and really let it all sink in while you’re here.

What will you always remember about NW?

The people. I was surprised when I came here, because I didn’t go to Trailridge, so the people here in general are just so nice and welcoming. I think that it’s kind of great, it’s a really good culture.
