How has Northwest changed you?

At Northwest I’ve found friendships that will stick with me forever. I love all my friends and they’ve helped me grow into a better person.

What is the biggest lesson you have learned?

I learned to always double check that you’ve actually turned in your work. The amount of times I’ve forgotten to actually hit the submit button is aggravating.

If you could say one thing to the underclassmen, what would it be?

Treat your teachers right and they might teach you something worthwhile.

Who was your most influential teacher?

She no longer works here, but definitely Ms. London. She was my freshman year English teacher, and she fostered my love for poetry and books. Not only that but she was a mentor for me in forensics. I only wish she could have been here to see me graduate.

Where do you see yourself in the future?

Hopefully I’ll be working for a publishing company, cause that’s my dream job right now, but as long as I’m doing something that makes me happy I’ll be okay with that.
