Attention ALL Northwest student/athletes interested in a conditioning program this winter ……… Meet outside room 135 TODAY after school at 3:20. Come prepared in workout clothes and proper running shoes. If you have any questions – see Coach Cooper before school in room 203.
Cross country runners, who are not out for a winter sport, should come to room 213 Tuesday, Nov 24 at 2:50 to discuss the winter running program.

“The debaters had an outstanding weekend this past weekend. In novice at the Bishop Miege:
Hunter Bremenkamp and Brandon Olmstead placed 2nd and Emma Ottinger and Kaitlin Pauli took 1st place. At the Aquinas Tournament: In the Open Division, Spencer Modiri and Aubrey Jones took 3rd place, and Josh Marvine and Ashley Ellis received an honorable mention. In the Varsity Division, Drew Winter and Rozlyn Wohler ended up in 5th place. At the Topeka Tournament: In the Open Division, Luke Miller and Mihir Shroff ended up in 5th Place. Jake Thomas and Lily Ottinger were the Champions of the Varsity Division. Our squad finished in Second Place in Overall Sweepstakes”
