Students: Thursday during Seminar is the annual Locker Cleanout. All students will be released and need to report to their lockers. In advance, check Skyward for your locker number and combination. Reminder: all lockers will be emptied out during the summer. Locker Cleanout is a good time to return all Library books, text books and take home anything you do not want thrown away. Trash bins will be provided.
Seniors:  Please check the senior notices posted on the main office window to determine if you have any outstanding fees or fines. The lists will change throughout the upcoming weeks, so continued monitoring is recommended. Fees or fines that are not satisfied will result in the diploma being held until satisfied.

Benninghoven Class of 2014 Senior Alumni Reception will be for any senior graduating this year that attended Benninghoven.  The reception will be on Tuesday, May 12 in the Benninghoven Library from 3:30-4:15pm. Graduates…come share your future plans and pick up a memento.
    Counseling:
Students who have taken College Now credit and are planning to attend JCCC after graduation should fill out an application online for a full time student at JCCC.  This will allow the student to be eligible for financial aid and will provide a checklist of things the student needs to follow to be enrolled for the fall semester.
Seniors:  Don’t forget to check the Local Scholarships list in the Scholarships & Financial Aid google classroom. Several new scholarships have recently been added and some are available to only SMNW students. There are some organizations have not received very many applications so be sure to check the list and get your application submitted.
Are you looking for a job?  Check the Job Board outside the counseling department for job information.
Navy recruiters will be visiting NW during lunch Wed April 29th.
Are you interested in a medical-related career? The UMKC School of Medicine is hosting a summer exploration opportunity called Camp Cardiac from July 20-24th. The deadline is May 11th and space is limited. Some scholarships are still available. Go to campcardiac.org or see your counselor for more information.

In the 5th, MaKenzie Cooper blasts her 2nd home run of the game, giving her a total of 6 RBIs. MaKenzie Cooper’s home runs would be the deciding factor that would win the game 10 to 8.
