Just Not Connecting

Blue Coat has been an issue, impacting students across the district. If you are having problems with your laptop, here’s what you can do.

  1. Shutdown your laptop.
  2. If that doesn’t work, alert a teacher, or student tech team.
  3. During seminar, or before or after school, bring your laptop to the Library Tech Office.
  4. If the issue can be fixed at school, your laptop will be returned as soon as possible. If there is a bigger issue, a request for laptop maintenance will be made to the district, and your laptop will be taken so the problem can be solved.
