Just Not Connecting

Blue Coat has been an issue, impacting students across the district. If you are having problems with your laptop, here’s what you can do.
- Shutdown your laptop.
- If that doesn’t work, alert a teacher, or student tech team.
- During seminar, or before or after school, bring your laptop to the Library Tech Office.
- If the issue can be fixed at school, your laptop will be returned as soon as possible. If there is a bigger issue, a request for laptop maintenance will be made to the district, and your laptop will be taken so the problem can be solved.
