    The group photo for all seniors will be taken today after announcements during seminar. Seniors listen for the announcement to be released to the gym.

    If you ordered Homecoming pictures, you can pick them up in the office.

    The search is on to find our top youth volunteer. If selected, you could receive $1,000, a silver medallion, and a trip to Washington, D.C., next May. If you feel you’ve made a positive difference through a volunteer activity during the past year, visit spirit.prudential.com to apply. Deadline to apply is Nov. 4.

    Seniors: Balfour will be here Oct. 28 and Oct. 30 to take orders and money for cap and gowns and any other graduation items you may want to secure.  You received a packet in your senior English class earlier last week.  Please fill the packet out and return with a check.  If you did not receive a packet you need to see Mr. Giacalone.  Oct. 28 Balfour will be here from 7 a.m.- 1 p.m., Oct. 29 from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. and Oct. 30 from 9 a.m.-11 a.m.  ALL SENIORS MUST ORDER AT LEAST A CAP AND GOWN TO MARCH IN COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY!!!!!!

    PTSA is sponsoring a fun night tomorrow from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Sky Zone on Quivira. It is only $10 for one hour, bring your NW school ID and join your friends for some fun at Sky Zone.

    Do you love food? Well come help out food club by coming to our fundraiser at Applebees tonight, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Make sure to come by Room 229 and pick up a flyer to take to Applebees, so food club will receive the donations!

    Interested in playing boys tennis in the Spring?  Please attend a meeting this tomorrow at 3 p.m. in Room 128 with Coach Clow and Coach Johnson. Get ready to serve it up!

    The Cougar Varsity Gymnastics Team will compete at the State Meet Oct. 25 at SM West, starting at 11:00 a.m.  Cost is $6 for students and $7 for adults. Come out to support the Cougar Gymnasts.

    The Annual Halloween Carnival is this weekend.  If you have family members or neighbors in grades 3 or YOUNGER, invite them to attend the free carnival this Saturday from 6 p.m.-8 p.m. in the NW cafeteria.  Thanks!

    Do you have a talent that you’d like to share with Northwest?  If so, come to Room 132 to sign up for the Annual Talent Show!  Tryouts will be next Wednesday and Thursday, but you must sign up to participate.  See Hope Medis or Katie Springer with questions!
