This year, Band will host a Chili Concert in place of the normally annual Jazz Showcase. This is due to the multiple snow days the district experienced in previous weeks. The Chili Concert will include performances from Jazz Band, Symphonic Band, and Percussion Ensembles, as well as the Trailridge Jazz Band and 7th grade Band.

There will also be a silent auction at the concert. Proceeds from the sold items will go toward the SMNW Band Boosters. Chili will be served; for those wanting to eat, there is a charge.

The Chili Concert is set to take place this Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the cafeteria. Admission is free.
