Group/club picture day is in the auditorium today. Students – you need to leave on time with your pass and go directly to the auditorium. The photographer will not be able to wait for late students, so be on time.
Reminder NW – Please do NOT leave your laptop in your car. Lower temperatures can cause condensation and could damage your laptop so be sure to always keep your laptop at room temperature.
Counseling
Attention students: All schedule changes for second semester must be completed by December 17. No schedule changes in January. See the counseling secretary in the main office to schedule an appointment with your academic counselor to change your schedule before Dec. 17th.
Athletics
There will be a short informational meeting for anyone interested in baseball on Thursday, December 3rd at 7:15 am in room 228.
Clubs:
CCC shirts will be sold in the mall today during lunch at the little low price of 5 dollars. It’s a great win-win -you get a great looking t-shirt and you’re supporting CCC.
The Robotics team will be meeting after school today from 3:00-4:30, and tonight with mentors from 6:30-8:30. Meetings are in Room C.
If you are attending Thespian State Conference, you need to attend a mandatory meeting after school in the Little Theatre.
TONIGHT is Not-So-Late-Night in the gym at 7pm. Come out and help us kick off Winter events starting at NW. The ‘summer in December’theme continues today with Not-So-Late-Night shirts and summer wear but keep it going by dressing as your favorite TV or book character tomorrow and then wear your favorite team jersey Thursdaywith Friday being our Cougar Crazy day. WE ARE NW!

Attention NHS members, new and old: the December meeting is tomorrow morning at 7am sharp in the auditorium. Do not be late. If you need a refresher regarding the attendance policy, please visit the Northwest NHS website. For new members, dues will also be collected, so bring checks made out to SMNW-NHS. LADIES AND GENTLEMEN– get your act together! If you want to be a part of the 7th annual Northwest talent show, come to room 132 to sign up and get the rules! Student Council is hosting tryout auditions next week on Wed. and Thurs. Dec. 9 and 10 before and after school in the Orchestra Room 37 but you MUST sign up first! All music, dance, acting, comedy, poetry, and variety acts are welcomed! Help make this event one to remember! See Junior Hope Medis or Mrs. Dent in Room 132 with questions.
