Counseling:
Jan. 27  SM North is hosting a college event for Spanish speaking students from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the library.  The presentations will be in Spanish, from local colleges and universities about college access, roles of parents and students in preparing for college  and financial aid.  For more information see Ms. Nick, the counseling secretary.

Athletics:
Attention students/athletes – Today is the final day to sign up for Track and Field. See Coaches Stiegemeier and Ratzlaff in the Mall during all three lunches. You must sign-up to insure you are on the roster for this spring.

Clubs:
If you would like to be on the improv team please come to the Little Theatre next Wednesday after school to get a seminar pass, so you can participate during seminar.

Congratulations to the Varsity Girl bowlers for their 2nd place team performance at the Thursday Bakers tournament. Also, Congratulations to the bowlers for their performance at yesterday’s performance against Leavenworth and Lawrence Free State. Varsity Boys placed third and Varsity Girls Placed 2nd with Freshman Alaina Burris placing 1st overall with a 570 series.   JV boys placed 3rd and JV girls placed 1st with Freshman Hadley Sayers placing first overall with a 356 series and Freshman Emilia Battles placing 2nd overall with a 353 series.
